While SysAid is primarily aimed at IT administrators who provide service for internal organizational users, SysAid CSS is designed to help your organization provide external support to its customers.
SysAid CSS helps organizations improve their service, increase customers’ overall satisfaction and retain them.
SysAid CSS is an on-demand service, hosted on our servers. It’s available in two editions – free and pro. SysAid CSS Free is a fully functional edition suitable for small organizations with one support representative (administrator). The advanced Pro edition is aimed at larger support departments. Both editions can serve an unlimited number of customers.
