We have big news - we have just relaunched our website!
After upgrading the look and feel of SysAid, we figured it was time to do the same for our site’s appearance.

Our website is our exclusive storefront! Relaying solely on the Internet for marketing SysAid has helped us cut our marketing budget significantly. This has proved to be great both for us and for IT professionals worldwide, since we are able to offer a free edition of SysAid, and a very cost-effective full edition.

The major change in our renewed website is in the significance SysAid gets. Surveys we made show that SysAid is a strong, memorable and likeable brand and so we’ve decided to give it maximum presence and visibility. The new logo will now be a stand-alone, replacing the Ilient logo.

The former site’s bluish tones were changed in favor of a new green and grey color palette, in line with the new UI of SysAid.

Much thoughts, efforts and drafts were invested in it. The planning and design of our website involved a group of IT, Marketing, UI and R&D professionals who brainstormed over the bits and bites. While we’ve upgraded and updated the design - the site remains the same in terms of content and navigation. We hope you’ll enjoy using it. If you encounter any difficulty finding things you’re used to find in the old site - let us know.

Sites are dynamic creatures, and ours is no different, we constantly tweak and improve, update and modify.

Thank God we had a deadline to launch - this could have lasted forever.
